Seeing these always puts me in zone envy. Then I remember what the places where these grow are like in Jan/Feb and remain grateful for my own climate where Lupines only look good in pictures.
I've never seen this kind of lupine in real life and I don't feel like I have any sense of them. This is one of the flowers I would most like to see in person.
