In a blizzard. Maybe not an official blizzard, but I don't care how much snow is falling, if the wind is gusting to 25 mph and higher and the temperature is currently 14 degrees, it's a blizzard.

Hope your kitties are “heater cats.” They can be better than a hot water bottle or heating pad. Except when they try to sprawl over all the space in the bed and there’s no room for your legs!
