Paint is peeling
Hedges of spirea form walls of white
Iris was even growing out of spaces in the sidewalk.
Clematis climbed hidden back walls.
Toy soldiers in glass houses
Guarded the entrance to the murals of Diego Rivera.
The other side of thinking was exposed.
And there is a chance to relax
Way up north.

I'm glad you had a successful trip. Do have fun.
I had a very bad day (never argue with a 19 year old, they know everything) and "the other side of thinking" has me STILL laughing out loud. Thank you, Christopher, for the stress reducer!! (:
