Lisa that is a get it out of my garden grass from a client's garden. I am pretty sure it is one of the Miscanthus cultivars are which there are dozens.

It is so white. I don't recall seeing one around here that is so white. Thanks. I will just look around till I see one.

Lisa I took a closer look at the leaves and went online. I am going to ID it as Miscanthus sinensis 'Variegatus'.
