A Cleansing Fire

The new rubbish pile generated from the removal of the dead hemlocks was not allowed to linger. Before it got cold, wet and moldy, up in flames it went. Fast too. The stuff had been dead for a while.

Today was a day for a good cleansing. Four and half years after it all began the look and feel of a construction site is finally disappearing.

The collectibles are all in one pile now off in the corner in the back behind the dung heap. When and if I ever get around to building a little garden shed the remaining collectibles will all be inside a pretty box. Half that pile is the shed.

All that will be left to capture the visitor's attention will be the finely considered details of a cozy little cabin in a garden of exuberant chaos high on the low spot of a North Carolina mountain top.

There is even enough room for a big garden party now.

If you don't mind partying next to dung.

Dung or not it will be a jubilees time. You have accomplished a great deal in such a short time.
Take care & stay warm.

Now aren't you all neat and tidy. Good job.I am sure if you partied there everyone would be having such a good time they wouldn't notice the dung pile. If they did they would be jealous of such a pile of gold.
