A Garden In Maui

Heading to the original Client #1's.

The nine year old front beds of tropical perennial flowers gets revamped

While plenty of evidence remains of the original design and how big and fast things can grow.

These where all just tiny things when I planted them.

The lei cutting garden.

The hillside of jasmine, Trachelospermum jasminoides.

I don't remember planting these. I remember buying them shortly before I left as leftover Christmas plants with two to three trees per pot. The extras were sacrificed.

Gardens grow quickly on Maui.

To This

On a Mac

With iphoto. It is a whole new world.

Where Buttercup Trees bloom.

Where the foliage is lush and bold in the depths of winter.

Where baby gardens grow fast.

Where the setting sun recedes into a deep blue sea instead of the undulating blue ridge.

Pinch me. I am back on Maui.
