The tall flower meadow is peaking. The question now is, will the asters join in before the peak fades away? Could it peak on a more vibrant note?

Flowers were tall up here, too! Day lilies, Russian sage, EVERYthing really...
The corn and beans seem higher, too.
The corn had to be higher this year compared to last year's drought. I have actually managed to lower the height of the tall flower meadow a touch by removing some of the consistently tall and annoyingly floppy things.
It all looks so good. Weeds here have taken over. lol
What little ironweed I have flops. I need to try to gather seed and try it in a different place and see if it will stand up.
