On ground saturated with snow melt. And all that water pouring from Culvert Falls disappears into the ground just past the maple tree. How is that possible?

Culvert Falls is a fine name. I have a Culvert Falls, too. If you close your eyes and listen, it's sounds like Mother Nature's finest.
Pretty but damaging.
Lisa I think my garden is sitting on top of a pile of loose rocks.
Dana the real stream on the other side of my driveway gets quite talkative after a good rain.
Not too much damage here Lola. There was flooding in other places in the mountains.
