A Walk With Bluebells

Over in the garden next door. Click on a picture for the slide show. The one hundred year old house and garden my mama grew up in sold and is closing shortly. We have to go down to Florida to move.

There will always be Bluebells.

Those bluebell memories will be with you forever. So amazing!

Robin we are keeping the Bluebells. It is the house in Florida that got sold.

Is your mother moving full time to NC then? I enjoyed so much the guided tour she gave us around her garden during your open garden a few years ago.

Judy, my mama is going to buy a new house in Florida so she can spend more time down there closer to her other four children. A quick trip for moving and storage, then back to NC. She can shop for houses in Florida online. Bulbarella will be coming back to her mountain for quite some time.

It's sad to leave a house and garden you have loved; my brother is going through that right now (although 17 years of his own design, not a 100 yr old house) But she has another wonderful garden right next to you, so she will adapt. The flora in NC vastly outclasses the flora in FL in my humble opinion.

Beverly, these two Floridians would agree, the climate and flora in NC is much better.
