Rebuilding Almighty Falls

I'm not liking this. It feels more like I am just making rocks fit together than being in charge of where the water goes. It is hard to tell what was. It isn't so easy seeing what it should be.

I know I need steps. Remember this whole thing is getting covered with a rubber liner. A whole new Almighty Falls must be built on top of that. I need steps for stacking rocks. I need steps to slow the fall and reduce the splash.

The water must stay inside the liner.

Rebuilding the falls makes the fat plumbing work look like a minor trifle.
