The mowing was finished. A civilized garden is so much nicer for enjoying the wild things.
The flowers are much showier when the pathways are easier to navigate and it doesn't require so much attention to make your way through.
Time for a walk through the garden.
The Ramps are in bloom.
The Doll's Eyes are getting their creepy color.
The Rattlesnake Plantain orchid is showing off.
In Hawaiian Waters is growing on me. Its winter appearance will be just as important.
The shed got some siding.
Two sides for today. I'm leaning towards a natural looking, light wood brown. That obviously points to stain, but the specifications says this manufactured siding does not accept stain so it has to be paint. There are many processes to go before it is time to paint. I could very well change my mind.
Barn red would certainly work, but that is too cliché. What color will it be?

Your paths do look nice all mowed. Those sweet orchids!
Maybe a blue for the shed. ??
Lisa would you believe I had a blue vision with grey trim, the opposite of the cozy cabin for the shed last night when I went to bed. That may be it.
Blue. Borrowing from the mid-blue bottle. :)
