The work of summer blooms in the Tall Flower Meadow.
I heeded a call to sit and watch. I don't even feel like mowing.
Angelica in a wild garden.
It was a banner year of plant eating varmints and pestilence. I was beginning to suspect deliberate intent.
And the garden bloomed on.
The only thing that needs doing is to keep the paths open. The garden part is fine without me. And full of varmints. Most of it will fade away with winter.
