There Is The Sky

On one side a pastel haze ending to a mostly cloudy and grey day.

On the other side a prickly moon rises

To light the night for the mouse hunting of three revitalized Spots.

A gorgeous moon. Looks to be full. Good it is providing light to help the spots to help with the rodent control. Full moon seems to cause trouble for rest at night for the last few yrs.
I love the way the limbs are in front of the moon. Adds mystery. My mind is wondering. lol

Hi Christopher! Your photos don't look real they are so gorgeous! Lucky you to have those Spots to keep the mice at bay. I'm glad also the weather is warming up for you. I'm looking forward to seeing the progress on your cabin.

You're really getting the hang of those moon shots! How'd you do it?

Thanks y'all.

The key to this one was timing. The full moon was rising while the sun was setting and there was still enough light in the sky for a faster shutter speed. I didn't even use a tripod. That light condition seems to let the moon's surface show better.
