A Day Without Snow Falling

I wonder when that might occur.

A night without snow falling

I wonder if that will occur.

It is bound to not happen sometime.

When the falling finally returns permanently to rain.

Beautiful, silent & solitude to calm the nerves.
Night is a wonderment for all to see come the morning light. We wonder but with hesitation when it will be over, knowing that it will be. For now just be ready for when that time comes.
Stay warm.
Just rain, rain & more rain here.

Your rain photos are other worldly, I particularly like the first one.

Hey, Chris, another question about daffodils. Last year you mentioned a catalog. What catalog do you use to identify the daffodils?
How many years has your mom planted daffodils up there?
Sallysmom

Sallysmom I will round off the bulb planting up here to 20 years. The land was bought in 1973, but they really did not spend a great deal of time up here until they retired and started to build their house.

The catalog I use first for ID's is John Scheepers. The second choice is K.Van Bourgondien. They both have nice pictures. Often though Scheepers may be used to choose what to order and then the order placed with Van Engelen which is a slightly cheaper wholesale catalog. Now picture every gardening catalog known arriving in the mail in a constant stream. We have them all.

Hi Christopher! I wish for you a beautiful sunny day with no snow....very soon! It is even cold here, lows in the low 40's last night and tonight. I have been doing a lot of planting the past few weeks and I am hoping the cold snap doesn't hurt my new plants. Your pictures are incredible!
