Good selection for going to sleep. I have some small carved wooden flowers that look a lot like the middle pic.

Blue Eryngium are among Tangly Cottage Journal's favorites, I think. Have you discovered Tangly Cottage?
I have seen Eryngium in catalogs but never knew anyone that grew it. So I assumed it was difficult.
