I really enjoy your way of looking at things; you can take something as quotidian as snow, and turn it into a magical viewing experience, full of wonder and whimsy. I like that a lot.

Hi Christopher! Beautiful photographs. It looks like clear and warmer weather are headed your way. Maybe you can get some siding up on the cabin. I'll bet the Spot family will enjoy the warmer weather too.

Thanks Jodi. If I can still do this many winters from now it may mean I have the "Eye".

I am ready to move on to the actual siding at a moment's notice Siria. At this point warmer weather may not even get Mama Spot out of the house. Now it is "let me in and no I don't want to go outside." The spotlets are still in their annoying in and out, in and out phase.

Hi Christopher, so glad the cold is breaking. Today is our day to soar above freezing too, so they say. I am chomping at the bit to get outside and dig in something not frozen. Hope you can too. I am sure you already have the eye, BTW. :-)

That last one could be surf receding on a Hawaiian beach.

Great pics Christopher, I love the depth of it all. Your eye is very good.
Glad the Spots are staying warm. You too.

Sooo cool how you can see the shore in the snow! You sure have some wicked sastrugi going on there. And in the spirit of M.C. Escher, I can really see it.
