The Outer Shell

Hale Mini's outer shell is nearly complete. The roofline trim boards need to go on the back. Then I will go around the whole thing with some silicone caulk. Water penetration is the enemy of a good long life.

The front roof line came up just a bit short after the siding and trim was added. I'm going to take the whole thing off, remove the full seam of overlap in the panels and expand the roof width to get some proper over hang front and back. Good thing I saved the extra ridge cap.

After that comes the door. Processes and more processes. This project is going to continue for a while.

I keep finding springs in the deep recesses while gardening. It must be a sign. The question is of what?

Bulbarella got dahlias for graduating from the walker. The PT came today and told her to keep using it for a bit longer. No matter. She is doing great and moving right along. One knee done. One to go.
