Just Words

There must be trillions and trillions of words zipping around cyberspace at any given moment. If all the flowers on Henbit, Lamium amplexicaule, in all the places it is blooming now were added up, would there be more words in cyberspace or more Lamium flowers? And some people say this is a weed. The same could be said for a lot of those words too.

There is an interesting collection of a few hundred words in this weeks Asheville weekly paper, The Mountain Xpress about some guy who moved from Maui to North Carolina.

It closely resembles something I wrote. It was not edited quite as severely as another article.

So I will claim it as my own.

With a slight variation from the original.

I look forward to reading this Chris. In the meantime, may I say that your NC property looks more and more lovely every time I see images of it?

Wonderful article, Christopher - even those of us who've seen the story unfold over time find it an emotional experience when read all at once!

Thank you everyone for the compliments. It is a new learning experience in this garden and writing for a print publication.
