Hi Christopher, it's 37 degrees right now, hope you are without frost at your place. That is the exact tree peony here, it bloomed a couple of weeks ago. If you know the name of it, or know how to find the name of it, that would be great! That Bulbarella, we are on the same wave length, is it in her garden?

Yes that is one of Bulbarella's Peonies. It is a tree peony not the P. obovata. She does not know its name though. Those details do not matter to her.
