Walking In Sunbeams #2

It did not rise above my minimum operating temperature of 40 degrees until after twelve.

There was a strong cold gusty breeze pushing through. Planned outdoor activities were cancelled.

A nap happened. A few more degrees were added

Along with the winter coat and hat.

Sunbeams were out.

Golden clouds were tethered in more robust bondage, spreading the trunks apart. That happened.

Niwaki in sunbeams.

I just started a cloud pruning project yesterday. My shrub is no in enough sun to color up. I doubt it will look very nice like yours but I will carry on until I get tired of looking at it.
It is cold when even in the sun the crocus don't open.
Happy napping.

Good luck with the cloud pruning Lisa. Same for me, if I decide I don't like it, I'll chop it down. The crocus know when the pollinators will be out.

Hard to believe it has been 10 years; I remember reading your posts during the construction of your cabin. (And even before, in HI) Lordy time is a-passing. Congrats; what color will you paint your house?

14 years since I left Maui Beverly which is even harder to wrap my head around. The repaint - if I get to it - will be the same basic theme. Maybe a darker grey body and new window trim color.
