Later That Day

Nowhere ventured in constant snow

A pan shot from the deck

Going from south to north

Four and a half inches at 5pm

After a brief lull
Snow falls thickly

How deep will it be in the morning?

OMG,Christopher. I sure hope you have previsions to hold you for a few days. This looks like it may be the big one. When it lays on the branches like that it usually is a big one. It's horrid but it's pretty & I love it.
Sure hope the spots are in & safe & warm. Sure would hate the thought of one being out in this cold snow.
Cool & very windy here. Had tornado warnings last evening till 3 A.M. Was worried as all the kids were out. Went to Monster Truck Show in J'ville.
Stay warm.

Hi Christopher! Boy...I miss reading your posts for a few days and a lot has happened! The snow looks gorgeous. I am so glad your little collar is back safe and sound. You really scared me there! I saw a small cat on our road about a year ago and when I did a search on the internet to see what it could be, it matched pictures for a "mountain lion". My neighbor up on top of the mountain has also seen a panther up there. You are just over a mountain from me, so I am sure these wild cats roam from here to there. Keep warm these next few days!

Your photos are lovely. We have three inches or so in Hendersonville.

By the way, couldn't find your email address to tell you I've revamped Blog Hendersonville and would like to ask that you take a look to see if it still freezes your computer (it shouldn't - hope it doesn't!).

Your email was one of the reasons I re-did the blog.

Snow? Now?! Please, don't send it our way!
The pictures are wonderful. I love snow, but I guess we had enough in December and January.
