I'm not on Maui anymore. The ash from burning sugarcane (Hawaiian Snow) was never this deep.
The active volcano oozed continuously. They didn't erupt with sudden force.
Overnight a disruptive power has buried the world in its relentless grip.
Encased, things come to a standstill.
Waiting for another day's relentless power to wash all this powdered sugar away.
