In A Fog

There are days when the clouds never ascend.

It was one more of those days. Thankfully even at a low of 32 this morning, the moisture maintained its composure and steadied itself to fall as a liquid, not a freezing, rain.

I painted primer. Uniform colored walls even if they are the so overdone white of late do make me happy. Painting can be tedious work. There is no need to hurry. I may even need to try and stretch this primer painting over the diagnosed wintry mix scheduled for the later part of the week. Tomorrow's melt will decide if a load of lumber can be fetched to break up the tedious painting of primer with some ceiling work.

The day ended in a fog.

Then the temperature dropped suddenly and a light snow began to fall.

I am stuck in the wintry mix cycle.

Primer looking good. Hopefully you can get more t&g.
Love the pic of fog thru trees. Ominous, yet inviting. I use to sit outside just so I could look at the fog. Many yrs. ago, a whole different world.

Right now we're all stuck in the wintery mix cycle. Hope to be spun out of it soon.

Don't think of it as being "stuck". It is absolutely gorgeous out (when you look out the window from the warm cozy cabin) and this gives you some time to get the inside done without feeling guilty that you aren't outside. :)

Hope you can get another load of the tongue and groove ceiling wood soon.

I am the only person I know who can live days on end without sun and not go bonkers. When the clouds settle down into the lower highlands and stay for days, I go into science fiction mode and imagine that the sun has been eaten by the Big Lizard, and will only reappear when He burps.
