As The Snow melts

In a world dominated by blue and white

There is not much to do but wait.

Will the snap peas, beets, radish and greens that had begun to germinate still be there?

Will the forsythia with is new umber tinged hue continue blooming or in the days ahead will the golden yellow fade to brown?

Will the Bulbapaloozathon be cancelled due to a crushing weight?

The answer to these questions and more will have to wait, as the snow melts.

What beautiful pictures of the mountains. I have been watching your postings and it has been very interesting to watch your house and property change over time. You have a wonderful spot there in the mountains.

I hope all fares well for your garden. The cold will be held at bay by the snow so I am voting that all does well. Here the cold didn't harm anything except a few low tulips that probably weren't doing well anyway.

The bulbs will laugh it off. "What snow?"

Hi Hocking Hills Gardener. This is a wonderful place in the mountains and I try my best to enjoy the slow but steady progress here.

Lisa, the results of the snow post is coming up.
