The Asian Influence

A red lantern and a rock found in the lawn down by the road are arranged in a new planting. I get paid for this.

Then I buy post bloom $3 oriental lilies in the discard rack at Lowes for myself, willing to wait a whole year for the heavenly scent from pink speckled blossoms.

I am learning all about the Lowe's discount rack. Found all the Wax leaf Begonia and Marigolds that I wanted there a couple of weeks ago. I will have to look more often to get the perennials that I want.

A little asian influence in the garden is grand. Must go to Loews.

Last year, my husband bought 4 Easter lilies for $1 each. They were so pretty when they bloomed this year and the scent was heavenly.
You have to love that discount rack.
