Frosting Is One Thing

Oh Pretty!

I think the low was 20 this morning. The high might have been 30. It is currently 16. I can't seem to get warm.

Oh Brrrr!

It was well below my minimum operating temperature. The kitties and I stayed in all day. It's November for heaven's sake, not January.

I did go to town to do a few errands and from down there I could see my frosty world high in the mountain tops.

Oh Pretty! But I never got warm.

Twenty four hours or more of dripping wet fog converted in to snow and rime. The diagnosis is suggesting repeated rinse and freeze cycles of this wet frigid. That makes putting gardens to bed for the winter just a wee bit more difficult.

When you go to bed, wrap your feet in a sweatshirt. You'll kick it off when your feet get warm, which they quickly will.

I feel your freeze. It is cold here too. It seems worse this year. I think because it came so suddenly. The freeze looks beautiful on the mountain. Try to keep warm.

Jean I have two kitties that sleep at the foot of my bed. That works even better. They are just hard to kick off.

LostRoses you must get a similar look of the view of the Front Range on occasion.

Lisa the transition is always the hardest part. This is not November cold though.

It was 14 degrees this morning over here at 3,100 ft. You're almost a thousand feet higher....brrrrr is right!
