Wow Christopher...that is beautiful! You are really getting good with your new camera. I need to work on learning all the features on mine.
Beautiful! I can't even see that many stars here in Austin, much less capture them so well on my camera.
Even your views at night are gorgeous Christopher. I would be delighted to see that many stars at night. Too much city light where I live.
Ohhh, this one is magic! It would make a nice mural on a windowless wall.

Stunning, Christopher. That deep purple/black sprinkled with the stars is something else. Great work/play with your camera.
I was just playing around with the settings. Not really sure how great a picture it is. I did enhance it in the editing to make it lighter. That helped the trees show up better.
The max my camera will go is 16 seconds of open shutter and 1600 ISO (the film's sensitivity to light). This was at 800 ISO and 13 seconds exposure.
Well, you may have just been playing around, but it has a magical quality. It's very painterly and looks like art to me.
Looks like a pointillist impressionists painting.
